Tempo is a recurring weekly meal delivery subscription that serves up fast, feel-good, single-serving meals. Customers receive fresh, chef-designed, ready-to-heat meals crafted to be microwaved in under 4 minutes. Our seasoned chefs create new recipes each week for you to choose from — fresh ingredients are sourced for each menu and help support a healthy lifestyle.
1. We use your preferences to recommend meals we think you’ll enjoy. You can edit or change those meals at any point before our menu closes at 12pm CT each Friday. You can take a look at our menu here.
2. From there, our team gets moving to source fresh, quality ingredients and deliver your menu selections right to your door. Our curated, quality meals are fully prepared with fresh ingredients, precisely portioned for each recipe.
3. Your delivery will arrive and you’ll pop your meals into the refrigerator. You’ll have nutritious, tasty meals that are ready to heat in under 4 minutes, all week long.
We offer 6 different size plans of 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 or 16+ delicious meals delivered to you each week! Starting at just $11 per serving.
6 meals = $13.49 per serving
8 meals = $12.99 per serving
10 meals = $12.49 per serving
12 meals = $11.99 per serving
14 meals = $11.49 per serving
16+ meals = $10.99 per serving

Absolutely! You can manage your deliveries of fully prepared meals via the Upcoming Orders page of your account. You can skip a delivery for any reason, or you can set your subscription frequency to bi-weekly or monthly.
Skips or cancellations need to be made by 12 PM CT on the Friday prior to the scheduled delivery day.
Menus are posted up to 5 weeks in advance so you can organize your schedule ahead of time.
Nutritional and allergen information is available for each meal. The information varies based on protein selection and ingredient availability. If there are any ingredient changes due to availability or customized proteins in your dish, the nutritional and allergen information will not reflect those changes.
To find the nutritional information, click on a meal and scroll beneath the picture and “Nutrition (per serving)” section. You should see a link “See Full Nutrition Facts”. The link will take you to a picture of all the nutritional facts as packaged and prepared for that meal. It is also printed on the sleeve of the physical meal.

Tempo sends weekly deliveries. You can select the day of the week that’s most convenient for you. Delivery day options will vary according to where you live.
The time of delivery may vary depending on the delivery partner in your region. We are unable to request a specific delivery window on your behalf.
