To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

  MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONSRemove sleeve. Peel back film halfway to vent. Remove any garnishes. Place tray on microwave safe plate. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes. If needed, stir and continue to heat in 30 second intervals until desired temperature is reached. Let stand for 1 minute. Remove from microwave - be careful as product will be hot. Remove film, add any garnishes and serve.

  CONVENTIONAL OVEN INSTRUCTIONSPreheat oven to 325°F. Remove sleeve. Remove film. Remove any garnishes. Place tray on an oven safe cookware and bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven - be careful as product will be hot. Add any garnishes and serve.
