Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F
  1. Potato Bake Instructions

    Refrigerate or freeze until use.

    If using oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Remove potato bakes from packaging. Place on prepared baking sheet. Bake in hot oven until heated through, 8-10 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven. Rest, 3 minutes. Bon appétit!

    If using microwave: Cut slit in film or peel back corner of film to vent. Microwave until heated through, 2-2 1/2 minutes.
