Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

Microwave Instructions
Remove sleeve. Wash hands. Peel back film halfway to vent. Remove any garnishes. Place tray on microwave safe plate. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes, stir, then microwave on HIGH for additional 1 minute. Let stand for 1 minute. Remove from microwave - be careful as product will be hot. Check that the food is cooked thoroughly to at least 165°F. Remove film, add any garnishes and serve.

Conventional Oven Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F. Remove sleeve. Wash hands. Remove film. Remove any garnishes. Place tray on an oven safe cookware and bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven - be careful as product will be hot. Check that the food is cooked thoroughly to at least 165°F. Add any garnishes and serve.
